We are your environmental and regulation advisors.

Just like any other project in Florida, seawalls and other waterfront construction require a building permit from your local jurisdiction. However, since these projects are on the water, they are also subject to environmental regulations enforced from three agencies: (1) your local County environmental agency, (2) the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), and (3) the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).

Each of these agencies has different requirements based on local geography, presence of marine resources like seagrass or coral, site size and use, and the planned scale and scope of the proposed project. We work with these agencies for every one of our projects and know the regulations inside and out. We’ll work with you to make sure that your project is designed in a way to make the permitting process as simple as possible.
